"Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. "

"Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. "

"Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, room was clean "
