"It was a lovely inn set in eagle state park. Only reason for my good rating was the bed was too high and wasn't really comfortable. Everything else was top knotch...from the eco-friendly practices to the tasty breakfast."

"Breakfast was cold,no chest or drawers to put vlothes in. Pool was closed during regular hours maintenance should be done before or after pool hours. Only had a 2 hour windows for breakfast lowest I have ever seen at any hotel. TV apps not working Netflix,Tubi,prime,music choice none at all. Same breakfast everyday not good should change a few things not everything but some things at least. Could have been better."

"We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around."

"Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot"

"Positives: The staff are excellent. Jayden was extremely hospitable, he let me see the room right before I booked, he was friendly, he showed me all the amenities like the coffee area, when I had an issue with the shower backing up in the room I was in, he immediately came and moved me into another room next-door that was nicer, they accommodated at noon check out. The staff are great, 5 stars. Location: Excellent, on the main drag, but isn’t loud. Room: No smoking doesn’t smell like smoke even with smoking rooms available. Every room has its own separate AC (I did not use heat/AC because the temperature is fine here) The water even though it takes a good six minutes to get through the pipes is actually very hot. Negatives: Cleanliness: It’s just not clean by most standards. The sink had hair in it, the tub had hair, the carpet does not look like it has been vacuumed, no dusting. Maintenance: keeping things unplugged is frustrating bc having to move furniture to plug the refrigerator back in. I had to switch between the refrigerator and the microwave overall it’s a little rundown most egregiously is the tub. To the owner: with this location, this property should be full. Budget travelers need two things: clean and safe. If the rooms felt clean and were brighter (dim looks dingey) and you lower the price to $65/night it would stay full. Hire a cleaning consultant. Quit doing coffee and soap and all that keep it basic. Thanks for the stay."
