"The accommodation is great. Very clean and spacious with good facilities. It is very close to the beach and local shops. There is a really good story behind the accommodation as well so don’t let the other building behind the accommodation put you off as the apartments are very good. "

Every member of staff we met were warm and friendly and the cooked breakfast was superb. Appledore is such a lovely destination and a stay at the Royal George makes it all the more special. "Great location and room was perfect. Smart TV a nice touch. Contrary to what Hotel.com say, the hotel doesn't have parking so you need to park in the 24 hour car park a street away. Check in was confusing as you had to go to a different hotel across the road but it was fine. You also have to go there for breakfast."
