Two rooms were booked, and they put both people in one. The shower only had scalding hot water and the "sofa bed" had no mattress.

Hoping they fix Quality Inn

Place is dirty, smelling room was dirty and not clean. Quality Inn need to fix this place. Management need to replace.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels at a lot of different price points and this was probably the worst. Incidentally, 3 of the last 5 hotels I've stayed at have been Quality Inns and they have all been bad, but Quality Inn & Suites in Worchester MA was the worst. I doubt I'll ever stay at another Quality Inn.

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, there were holes in the bathroom towels, there was no comforter on the bed - only two sheets, the breakfast wasn’t open to the time it said it would be and there were food crumbs left in the room from previous guests. Terrible experience and way over priced.

This is, without a doubt, the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It smells like an abandoned old person's home. Nights i spent chasing flies away from my food. I stay in various hotels throughout the year and have done so for almost a decade. I've never seen a place so, seemingly, unsanitary before in my life.

The staff is friendly, but the condition of the hotel is concerning. In our room part of the ceilimg was coming down from water damage. We were shown two other rooms, both of which had water damage. The carpets were all stained and dirty..by the time we left, i had a huge headache from mold.

Staff was rude. Fist room given was a smoking room after requesting non-smoking. Condition of building was run down. Black mold/sewage in tub, couldn't take a shower. Leaving at 6:30am found man sleeping on stairs with shoes off. Wont stay at another Quality Inn!

Disappointing

Staff was kind and accommodating, but the facility was horrendous - visible trash under bed upon arrival, broken lock on balcony door, unpleasant odor. The staff kindly changed and upgraded our room, but we found surprisingly poor conditions - rust-stained toilet, unclean balcony, etc. Quality Inn might want to definition of “quality.”

The rooms are outdated and dirty, there is a funky smell in the room. The carpets have stain in it. I can go on, but this is a terrible property, especially for the price. Not worth at all.

Spacious suites, but under maintained

We where in a suite and had booked 5 guests, the room only sported 2 towels and no extra sheets , blankets or pillows. For a Sat check in they were understaffed. The bathroom wall and utility closet had poorly repaird bullet holes in them, and the shooting was 6 years ago. The rug also still hat a burn hole it it from one of the rounds.
