"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There was a microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, a TV, and a hairdryer. I found the entry instructions easy. The area was quiet and I had a great view of nearby houses and trees. Thank you very much for a great stay. "

"Front door handle was hanging off upon arrival Kitchen and dining table dirty Bath room light flickered dangerous on and off Front door lock to the block of flats was apparently broken so ended up locked out one evening. Hob ignitor broken No plug for the bath – this was important to us as we had our toddler staying with us and showers are very tricky! Telly remote didn’t work – we went to get batteries No live TV – difficult when we wanted to watch the Olympics The chest of draws were...

"Impressed. Room seemed newly updated and was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good though the bacon could have been better cooked, it was a little underdone. Short walk to the beach. Note I parked on the street and now have a car covered in bird droppings so avoid the trees! Will definitely look to book again when we can. "

"Had a lovely two night stay here whilst exploring Bournemouth. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast, spacious rooms; and a bath! A very convenient location to the beach and the town. It is right in the middle of a very steep hill though, not at fault of anyone, but it was a pain for myself to walk up; says more about me than the hotel lol! But an excellent value hotel and id stay again! "

"So happy. Was given a tiny roomwith a wall for a view. I requested a bit more space for my grandaughter amd was moved to a different room. Great view and more space to spread out toys. The bathroom was a bit tired, toilet roll holder broken and stains to ceili gs, bit overall good. I would like to add I expected to be right neat thr beach by the advertising. We were not expcting a windy cliff walk down. But maybe I should have doen some research. Loved thr use of the indoor pool next door. "
