"Our room was clean & fresh smelling. Staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing that we had issues with was that on king beds, the pillows were tiny, like couch end pillows. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it smelled very good. "

"The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful."

"We had a great experience at our stay. The bed was awesome and the breakfast was amazing!"

"The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around all the public spaces and couldn’t find anyone. We decided to leave and book a different hotel."
