I called and emailed prior to arrival to confirm booking, time etc. as this is a remote area. The phone was off, no response to email. As it turned out, others had mistakenly checked into my room, after speaking to Deb on the way in. She didn’t pick up that they were the wrong people arriving a day early. I know they get a...
