"Loved the decor-boutique chic, very tastefully designed IMO. One complaint is the HVAC which worked well but was noisy. Also, felt misled because the bistro isn’t open, won’t open until Sept. Room was spacious, huge shower & nice linens. TV lineup is set up to stream which wasn’t the best experience for us personally. Our dog was with us & we had plenty space. Liked the area which was new to us. Hope the bistro is successful. It’s a hotel that has been nicely renovated, would stay again."
"I cannot say enough about the kindness and helfullness of the staff. There was a reservation problem and it was fixed, with their assistance, even though they didn't have too."
"I traveled by myself but a group of us stayed in the same hotel. The room was very clean. It's simple nothing fancy. The bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and the neon museum. One of my friends was intent on seeing the neon museum so we went. The guide's passion for neon and his job made us look at neon a whole different way. We enjoyed our short stay."
"The front desk clerk was awesome. We have an 18 year old kitty, and the clerk was ok with that. We didn't mind paying the cleaning fee, even though our kitty doesn't do much but sleep, eat, and use her box. I always bring a king size sheet for over the bed where she sleeps on her self heating pad. And carry a dust buster to clean up any litter pellets that come off her feet
The property was clean, and bed comfortable. Great service."
"The room was clean, but the area that the hotel was in was very shady.. the person checking us in was not very friendly but not rude either.. they have zero amenities at this hotel "
