"Room was clean but in the toilet there was hair from previous guests on the floor. And inside the shower box. In the breakfast I only realised there was a s la cart menu when asked about other choices of egg. Perhaps a message should be at the table about ectra choices."

"The rooms were very clean and the TV was vety big and good quality. The sauna was the highlight of the stay. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels , all over the world and you find the saunas to be average , and not giving out a lot of heat. This one was excellent. "

"Awesome location. In the center of everything, and walkable to restaurants and shops and so much. The rooms are "large." Note, that if you are traveling, pay attention to the number of people per room. They mayh be the size of a small apartment, but there is only so many beds. More than two, family apartment best (yes, like an apartment). The Michelin restaurant is fabulous - and so reasonably priced. The pool was a favorite for our grandchildren. The sauna was where my husband stayed. Service was great. People were friendly. They understood English well - except for one room service order. Housekeeping is diligent. We would stay again. "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The street is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options for everyone. Three things didn't work for us: 1. Smell - cleaning staff must have sprayed some chemicals on the carpet or somewhere else and the smell was so strong that I had a headache. I asked at the reception and they told me it was done by cleaning crew. So the smell stayed as long as we did (and I am sure after our departure). 2. Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was warm, and we couldn't get it cooled. I even mentioned it to the reception staff and nothing changed. 3. No windows could be open, so we were stuck with warm and smelly room. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. "
