The apartment description doesn't match reality. We were two adults and two children, and there's absolutely no room for such a set-up. Not only is there no queen-size bed as described, but the sofa bed is super narrow, not suitable for two people.We immediately asked to cancel our reservation because the description didn't match reality, and naturally, they refused. He’s on the second floor without elevator, and again, this is not mentioned in the description . And there is no communication with the owner, they don’t answer messages, they don’t answer phone.
