Disliked: Communication
Person in charge was so irresponsible! No code for door key was given and after several call attempts we were not able to enter the apartment and had to look for another place to stay. I am traveling with my elderly mother, very inconvenient since the apartment is on the second or third floor and has no elevator.
Stayed 1 night in May 2024
