"The hotel is very nice, room clean with a lovely view of the lake. Food and drinks in the bar were very good with a nice atmosphere The spa was very disappointing though as the pool was far too cold and most of the spa type features (jets etc) were not working. Also we mistakenly left an item in the room which the hotel staff told us was not handed in which is again very disappointing when staying at an upmarket hotel."

"The staff are all friendly and helpful with all our needs. Vanessa at reception on arrival at the hotel was very so helpful and friendly and made time to give as all the information we need went above and beyond to sort out extra towels etc. Will go back on next visit if staying in Swindon. Thank you all again for making our stay a great one. Also thank you to Sam the lady at the gym next door for making time for us . Only thing I would have liked to see was a few more things for vegan or vegetarian but otherwise a good section for breakfast. A++++"

"Great hotel. Really clean, excellent staff and a wonderful room (classed as a superior room). Be aware there is no onsite parking but the team will point to local overnight parking, if a place on the street isnโ€™t available. Despite this, definitely a visit again."
