A nice touch was there was a nightshift person who introduced themselves to me and told me to ring anytime if any issues. Breakfast was a tasty, plated-up full English (much nicer than those breakfast buffets with a few grizzled eggs floating around). Will definitely stay there again."

The surroundings were serene, and the atmosphere was relaxing, which we really appreciated. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was noticeable dust on furniture and surfaces, and we found cobwebs in the corners of the room and near the ceiling. It made the space feel less well-maintained than expected. "This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."
