"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. "Good location but the hotel itself was a bit run down. The bedroom was basic and the tele wouldn’t work. Uncomfortable bed and the pillows like rocks. My bedroom 71 was located directly by an access door to the floor and was noisy up till midnight starting again at 5:00am. Extremely noisy in general with people shouting down corridors in the night. Not a very relaxing experience after a long drive and a busy next day."
