We stayed one night with our labrador in the room. Nice lication for a good walk in the city center and aling the river. Good breakfast but a bit annoying that we were affected by a fire alarm, so we had to spend half an hour on the street - the staff handled the situation in a good way.

The hotel staff are great, it’s Expedia that’s horrible. You didn’t include our daughter in reservation, so they charged extra to set up a sofa bed. Then the change in dates didn’t get communicated so I’m needing to make those arrangements myself. You’re supposed to represent travelers in these foreign bookings, but didn’t do your job

Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel (16€ pro Tag) ist sehr angenehm, Straßenbahnanbindung (Congresszentrum) günstig, Klimaanlage sehr gut regelbar, Dusche in der Badewanne nicht so günstig, trotzdem insgesamt ein perfektes Hotel.
