"My only complaint is that the toilets are too small. Being an older hotel, it had the small round toilets, built in the days before the average Americans became fat. As a result I had to get creative. Otherwise everything else was great!"
"We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay another night. Would've stayed two more nights but had to get back to work.
There were train tracks not far from the hotel with frequent trains, but we didn't hear them from our room.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was tasty, the standard fare of bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs or omelets, various breads for toasting, make-them-yourself waffles, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, fruits, rolls, juices, teas, and coffee.
There was a small sitting area with a firepit.
Each evening the staff baked cookies for their guests."
"I was very concerned when I saw motor lodge.....it's a five star motor lodge. The decor was so calming and nostalgic...gave a really nice vibe. Had it not rained for 3 days, and not able to use all the amenities....I'm going back so I can, then edit this review and give it 5 plus!"

"I loved how quick it was to check in. I had 3 children with me so that was a plus. The pool was perfect, a d the room was very clean. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back up here. Also, there is a nice little restaurant and gas station in the same parking area. Plenty of parking for cars and trailer if needed."
