"Can recommend Warners at the Bay as a great place to stay. Clean and spacious room and bathroom, friendly helpful staff, close to pub dining. Easy free parking. We have stayed here before and definitely will stay again."

"Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. My dessert was a dried out brownie My juice didn’t arrive but the delivery person was nice and friendly. Everything else was fantastic. Girls on Reception were welcoming. Check in process was super long though as only one guy on and he had to deal with some disgruntled guests so by the time he got to me he wasn’t happy. Bed was super comfy and made up beautifully by the housekeeping staff. Can’t wait to stay there again for longer next time. "
