"My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!"

"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

The 2nd day the fire alarm went off (not sure why) never got the all clear to go back in other then the alarm being turned off. I probably would not stay here again."

Guests should carefully look at the parking situation as the hotel has no self parking and overnight valet is $57 a night. This made an exceptional rate change to only a good rate."

"Service was great, our room we thought had an AC problem (it did not) but we were moved right away with no hesitation! Place is so close to many bars and restaurants, went to an event at moody center and it was super close as well. Would definitely stay here again!"
