"The room was clean and accessible. However, there wasn't any bathroom soap provided and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty. Mentioned this to the staff but no apologies were offered. Not the level of service I expected. Breakfast offerings were reasonable (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc.)."

"Booked this hotel for the sole reason of the pool and hot tub only to check in find that the pool and hot tub were closed for the day. Couldnt get a refund because we had already checked in. Pool and hottub were still chained shut the next day. I understand the hotel can't control emergencies but they are out of my control as well. Would be nice if the hotel us another stay since the pool and hottub was closed without warning. The rest of the hotel is good except for the weed and cigarette smell in the elevator. Actual room was nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast bar was ok."

"I was an occupant of this motel for 10 months (from June 12- April 21) and i cleaned my own room, made my own bed, and took care of my own trash but for almost a year i was charged the cleaning fee each time i extended, with sometimes not being a full week and split it into 2 sometimes 3 extenntions. I understand the fee but for long term occupants this feee should be omitted after the extention and long term occupamts who have endurred such fee continuously throughout their stay should be compensated."
