"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "The room.was good value. Kept beautifully clean . Breakfast was good. Not impressed by bar staff member. I ordered 2 small orange juices , pepermint tea and an Americano with plenty of milk. He turned up with one orange and a glass of milk commenting abruptly before i said anything " you said you wanted plenty of Milk", in a rather confrontational manner. I went to ask about the orange and he got one that was not full from under counter( i could see from where i sat) topped it up with water, stirred it then brought it over snd i was charged another £2 ! Not impressed by this barman at all who came scross rude . I also heard him dpeaking abruptly to another coouple . Sadly this let our experience down . Otherwise well worth staying snd will again "
