"It is very close to the large Talos Plaza with lots of shopping, restsurants & Starbucks. Maria at reception was most helpful when i was needing help navigating the bus service & even booked a taxi for me to get to the airport. The free municipal bus stops nearby. , at Talos Mall."

"We had a lovely stay at Keramos Hotel in Zaros. The studio was simply furnished but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind and discreet, always welcoming. A special mention for the local breakfast, which was hearty and delicious—a perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal for hiking in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this place!"

"Upon arrival the apartment was in appalling condition to begin with the door was jammed, downstairs door to outside on the left wide open for people to come and go as they please. hair everywhere no lock on the window, smelled like cat urine, counters cookers everything unbelievably hygienic, 20 minutes in random men banging on the door and shouting. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"This was our first time in Crete, and the Olive Green Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It's very centrally located, near the ferry docks, the airport, and numerous historical sites and museums. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was extensive, well made, and the wonderful. The front desk staff gets an extra praise for handling every question and request we had promptly and in avery friendly manner. An added bonus is having a small park across the street with outdoor tables from the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend it! "

"The hotel was great, the room was fantastic and the staff were exceptional especially Jessica and Petros. They were so kind and helpful. From helping with food orders to getting around the city, they were so nice. The room was wonderful and the shower was perfect. Large with a rain head shower. We would definitely stay here again!!"
