まずホテルを見つけるのに1時間以上かかった。部屋の備品（目覚まし時計、飲料水、レターセット等）が少なく、設備（ベット、タオルなど）も古く・汚い。3泊している間には慣れた。 覚悟をして利用してほしい。

服務員、設備、房間非常差。

電視機每天都收看不到。熱水弱，要開很久才够熱。床單每天都不換。房間連水都要錢買。設備非常不足，連雪櫃都無，什麼桑拿都是沒有的。

La chambre était correcte, silencieuse et assez propre. Mais il faisait très froid et ce n’était pas du tout comme sur les photos. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais donc c’est difficile de communiquer.

値段相応の年季の入ったホテル

最寄りの地下鉄の駅からは歩いて15分以上かかります。値段が安いですが、その分サービス、部屋の状態はそこまで綺麗とは言えないので気になる方は注意した方が良さそうです。寝泊まりだけ、という方は特に問題ないです。日本語はほぼ通じなく、英語も少々です。

古い建物設備です。せめてタオル類はくたびれた物は出さないように気をつけて欲しいと思います。 今回は飛び飛びで計6泊しましたが毎回くたびれた物でしたね。従業員の対応はよいほうだと思います。

Jälleen upeat näkymät huoneestamme 1512! Kesähelteillä suosittelen ehdottomasti omaa parveketta. Xian on nyt nähty kaikkineen, toista kertaa vuoden sisään. Hotellin sijainti muurin sisäpuolella oli hyvä.

Smelly toilet with terrible hotel staffs.

Was not greeted nicely upon check-in and check-outs ; when i ask the service manager for shopping guides & things to do nearby, he replied with "I don't know". Even after i suggested him to BAIDU (google) about such, he remained nonchalent

西安駅から徒歩30分ほど、最寄りのバス停がいくつかあり交通は非常に便利 スタッフの対応もよい。ほぼ同時にチェックインした外人の方には英語で対応されていた。 部屋も清潔でコスパは最高。

Hotel Overall

They do not have bilingual staff and I could not find anyone who spoke English. It was very frustrating at check in. I had a hard time looking for the Hotel to begin with. Luckily some locals helped me with their GPS. Even when i was in front of the hotel I was looking for the hotel name in English but nothing until some locals helped me out again. My only way of communicating with the staff was via the translation apps. There was no safety box in the room nor the lobby. No laundry service. I took a walk to another hotel to look for English speaking staff to help me book the Terracotta warrior trip. The front desk staff did their best to communicate and I am very grateful for all their efforts. On my second night when I came back from my trotting, the room was well serviced except there was no toilet paper. the 7/11 shop was just nearby so i had to buy my own. It was too embarassing to ask.

not exactly what I have seen on the picture. no equipment, not comfortable. fortunately I haven't spent too much time in the hotel. however I have to admit that the hotel was pretty quiet which is kind of luxury in China

구글 지도에서 검색하면 잘못된 주소가 뜹니다(익스피디아의 표시도 잘못된 거에요). 동다제행 공항버스의 종점 호텔의 바로 뒤쪽에 위치하여 있습니다. 위치는 좋아요.

구글 지도에서 검색을 하면, 시안 동문 바로 앞 주소가 뜹니다. 처음엔 사기당한 것인 줄 알았는데, 구글 지도에 표기가 잘못된 것이에요. 동대가(동다제)로 가는 공항버스의 종점 바로 뒷 건물입니다. Shenfeng Hotel로 검색하시면 2곳이 뜨는데, 그 중 공항버스의 종점호텔 바로 뒷 건물이에요.

Ok for a few days

I assume that this hotel is predominantly used by locals. If you can look past the fact that hotel is past its "prime" it will surely be decent enough for a few days. Walking distance to the city wall and Bell tower. Has a great selection of local restaurants behind the hotel in various directions. Berlins place became my favourite place for a meal quite a few nights. Very sweet staff at the hotel, although their English is not always great. Still, you're in China now.

First off, the hotel address is not accurate. It is very important to find the right address BEFORE arriving there. It took me about 25 min to figure it out at 1 am when my wife and I arrived in Xi'an. The hotel is ok if you just need a place to crash.
