the location is downtown and closed to the metro station not that far. the room is a bit small but it was clean. there is some slightly smoke smell stick on the room. There is a problem with communication for Eng VS Chinese speaking.
The bed isn't clean, I see some spots on the bed. Not like other same level hotels, ibis Xian South Gate doesn't have a refrigerator and the mini bar is poor. Most important, the hotel doesn't accept Visa and MasterCard.

A great place to stay. Very convenient, it is near to a few malls and you can reach it via the subway which is about 5mins way. Same ibis standard and very helpful staff.

There was not a single drawer. Te bathroom is only acceptable
Excellent location.
Staff spoke little to no english. Not to blame them, just inconvenient for me. They tried to be helpful though
Very Noisy, heard the toilet and showers running in neighboring rooms.
Breakfast was small but varied and adequate
Rooms are small but modern style, cute and clean. Towels were not what you usually find a this kind of hotel, they were very thin. But I got a good deal that make the whole experience worth it: $US 80 for two nights

First of all, thank you very much for your comments. We will strengthen our English training and give you better service.
There is no sign of "Please don't disturb" in rooms. One of my friends stayed in one of my booked rooms who put her wallet in the luggage and zipped during the day, when she came back in the evening, she missed 800 RMB in her wallet. After checked the monitor in the hallway, only the sanitary cleaner accessed the room without my friend's authorization. The hotel rejects our compensation request even though this is the management's fault. I have complained to the upper management, but there was no any reply.
Average is good but first day front desk told me no breaky , actually have ...feel weird . Second day said can free wash clothes once but that night front desk said no ..

The hotel is close to south gate of the city . We took the subway (Line 2) to get to the hotel from railway station (west). Room is clean and staff are helpful.

걸어서 전철역, 백화점, 유명 유적지, 최고입니다.
다만 2일째 녹물이 나와서 정말 당황. 잠깐이었지만, 내내 불안. 그 이후 녹물은 없었어요.
프론트에 영어 가능자가 없어서 설명 포기.
침대는 편안하고 방도 넓고 좋았어요,
가습기는 열어보니, 더러워서 사용 안했어요. 가습기는 집에서도 관리가 쉬운것이
아니라서, 호텔 이미지만 나빠지니까 없애는 것이 도움이 될 듯합니다
전 조식이 중요한 사람이라 다음에는 조식이 좋은 호텔로 가려고합니다.
Per essere ibis va anche bene. L’unico problema è che nessuno dalla reception parlava inglese che trovo sia imbarazzante e grave per una struttura internazionale in una location centralissima. Ogni volta che ci volevamo comunicare c’era solo una persona gentile che ci ha aiutato. Quando abbiamo provato collegarsi all internet non funzionava in lingua inglese e dovevamo associare al numero cinese dei ragazzi della reception. Gruppo Accor deve fare più attenzione.
