The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and well designed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft. They provide unlimited free water bottles that you can grab, which is really nice given the hot weather.

The hotel was inside the city wall in a great location near the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. Very clean and welcoming.

Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price.

Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. Restaurant has a great menu, with many options for traditional dishes. There is a laundry room available free of charge. All of this for a great price.

Modern and well-designed hotel, well-located. Easy walk to Muslim Street. Free laundry is a nice bonus but beware the dryer doesn't remove all moisture. Laundry ih high demand in the evening, so recommend going during the day.

Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to a main subway station and the attraction (the drum tower and bell tower of Xi'An). Would recommend.

Beautiful, stylish property with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast and short walking distance from plenty of food options, including the Muslim Quarter. Room was well-appointed with lots of room and a comfortable bed.

Hotel is in a walkable location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The daily breakfast was good. we especially like the fruit platter on check-in date and the daily free afternoon tea/bakery/fruit snacks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel if you are visiting Xi'an.
