They did move me to a room on the cooler side of the hotel and provide a fan but not great for sleeping. Internet to me is critical and it was very slow. You could pay for a premium service but given problems and need for a VPN I could see little benefit. Even as HH member, no fast internet. Barfridage was also not replenished."
