"Only perhaps two that speaks English in this hotel, so it complicates things. Also don't expect to get what you ask for in the lobby bar, as they don't train the staff in the menu, i.e. what an espresso is. Very comfortable big rooms with a great bed. Dinner buffet is ok (only kind of western food here), breakfast is so-so. The gym is very big and nice (if only they would plug in the machines that needs it). No shops of any kind near the hotel.
