I would stay here again. Great location and many food options especially during the day. Short taxi to night markets and good restaurants and walkable to subway. Great staff. Breakfast buffet could be better, but still okay. It was complimentary for one night stay, but not complimentary for a multiple night stay for some reason. But plenty of breakfast options nearby.

It’s rare to find an ocean view hotel for a reasonable price, but this hotel has it! We stayed on the top floor with the balcony overlooking the ocean and it was amazing. A beautiful view to wake up to. Highly recommend!

But it is farther out from all the restaurants in the city central which would be around 25 min of walking distance. There is a family mart about 5 minutes of walk. Great location right next to the train station. Most of the buses for attractions were also close by. Shangri-La rooms and service never disappoints. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The sento, sauna and steam room were a wonderful treat after a day of sightseeing.
