"Thank you very much for your kind message. We really enjoyed our stay at Whistler Premier, and overall, everything was excellent. The only thing I would suggest improving is the parking fee. Having to pay for the parking each night separately can be an extra step for guests, especially when they may simply forget to do it. Perhaps it would be easier to include the parking fee in the accommodation cost from the beginning and provide guests with a parking pass showing the dates of their stay. This way, guests would not have to worry about remembering to make a separate payment each night. Also, it might be better to schedule the pool water draining/refilling or maintenance during times when the pool is not normally being used, such as late at night. This would help ensure that guests can enjoy the pool during regular hours without interruption. Other than these suggestions, everything was great, and we truly appreciated our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!"

"The hotel is great, very clean, kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, everything you’ll need to cook (except note that they only give you some coffee and sugar packets, no salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc). There’s a nice porch with a table and four chairs, everything is very comfortable. Parking was convenient, the shuttle pick up is right across the street. You will have to take out your own garbage. This experience was kind of like an Airbnb in a way, as we received a code and checked ourselves in, but there is someone working at the front desk much of the day, and they were able to help with some minor issues (new batteries for the smoke detector, needed dish soap). Excellent experience."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The location suited our needs. Our room on the 3rd floor faced the beautiful tall trees and was therefore quite dark, but we loved the space and made good use of the kitchen, laundry facilities and pool. The parking spaces are quite narrow, but the garage is easy to access from the street and from inside the hotel."

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. parking is good, location of the hotel is excellent. Prices are reasonable. A couple of loose nuts and bolts noted (Toilet paper holder), windows had no bug screen, AC was a tad noisy and dryer was noisy and not working right. But other than these minor issues, the rooms were great and like I said, reasonably priced."
