"Wonderful experience, you can find everything nearby, 3-5 mins walking distance to subway underground is definitely plus"

"Room was super big and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Specially Shaw Chen at the entrance. Always greeting us with a big smile . Everything amazing"

"One of my favourite hotel and great location."

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"Great experience"

"We loved our very spacious room on the 26th floor! Excellent breakfast with the beautiful view on the 27th floor and very helpful staff!"

"Perfect location, amazing quality price+ good hospitality service."

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"

"very friendly staff"

"This lovely place is close to everywhere. Getting a Didi or taxi is extremely convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cute and clean while the rate is reasonable. I highly recommend it."
