Great Value for such a nice and very spacious hotel situated where everything is within walking distance, and the staff (Lucky) was one of the most able and accommodating. 5 stars

The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was newly updated. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the noise from the hallway was very loud. I was woken up in the middle of the night from some noise in the hallway. The staff was friendly but was not able to assist with getting a SIM card. I ended up going to a nearby hotel and they helped me there.

People's kind and polite attitude to every guest They even threw in a free airport ride for us, after 11 nights of staying at the hotel. We had 2 night of disturbed sleep due to some very noisy guests.

Beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful
