"great room , great view, great budget. great staff. great building, great location. all good "

"We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

"Spacious and clean with marvelous sea view. The beds were too hard for our taste. Staff and owner were very attentive and nice, we ate all meals at the hotel and the food was good. Unfortunately garbage at the beach"

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"Great staff, room, location, day 1 saw a cockroach on buffet table, day two saw a rat scurry off buffet table, great place but rats and bugs must be exterminated "

"The room was nice. Very noisy in the evening. Bring earplugs. I had two bites of breakfast and that was plenty. Not good at all. "
