"로비의 직원이 아주 간단한 영어를 할 줄 압니다. 하지만 중국어를 모를 경우 바디랭귀지가 필요해보이며, 직원 또한 바디랭귀지로 친절히 알려주려고 합니다. 본인은 예약을 중간에 변경하였는데 바로 호텔 전산 반영에 안되나봅니다. 예약을 변경한 경우 꼭 확실하게 체크인 하셔야 합니다. 객실 내 커피포트가 있는데 커피포트 위생 상태가 불량하여 직접 청소하였습니다. 본 호텔은 팁을 일체 받지 않으며 현지시간으로 매일 오전 10시~오후2시 정도에 청소를 목적으로 방문합니다. 청소가 필요하지 않거나 수건만 새로 필요한 경우 사용하신 수건을 ..."
