Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
This hotel has marked their location at the top of the mountains even though they are by the beach. When I finally found them they were aware that the location marked is wrong but they didn’t seemed like they cared to change it. Also the ac in 2 separate rooms wasn’t working. At 4am the AC screen read 27 degrees Celsius. In the am when I told the front desk after they had already moved me from a room that the ac wasn’t working, I was told maybe I didn’t know how to use the control. 😂. So I can afford to go to their hotel but apparently I’m too stupid to know how to operate an AC remote. Save your money, Albania is not ready for tourism.
