As an experiment flushed the toilet 3 times. By the 3rd flush the water in the toilet tank was hot. Used a towel to mop up the water I splashed out trying to shower and the towel came up the color of the ground outside. "

We didn’t find any evidence of anyone else in the room so we think the door did not get completely latched after it was cleaned. The door was hard to shut completely without a final tug. We requested that no one go into our room while we were away so we wouldn’t come back with the door potentially open. "
