Upon arrival, we were horrified to find mold covering the bathroom and walls. The smell was overwhelming, making the room completely uninhabitable—especially since I have asthma and my friend has allergies. We immediately informed the hotel, but they refused a refund and instead offered an "upgrade" at an outrageous extra cost of 25,000 Turkish Liras...

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel appeared recently renovated so all the facilities were clean and in some cases brand new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tugba at the front desk, Tugba the events manager and Yakup the manager were great and checked in with us regularly to make sure our stay was good. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the highlight in June We got there late into the night after a very hectic few days in Istanbul. The manager at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating . One of the rooms had a musty smell , and I asked for the room to be changed and be next door to ours since our kids were staying in that room.
