There are two private hot springs in the hotel, each room can book once with no charge. Besides, there are public hot springs where residents can use without reservation. I highly recommend this hotel to all who will visit Kurokawa spa."

"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."

"子供連れで露天風呂付きの特別室に宿泊しました。 床にホコリや前日に宿泊された人の髪の毛等たくさん残ってました。 お部屋の造りや露天風呂はすごく素敵で良かったので、掃除が行き届いてなくて残念です。 子供用のオムツ、バンボ、シャンプー、お布団も用意してもらって、子供も喜んでいました！ 子供用の歯ブラシと 大人用のシャワーキャンプがあれば良かったなと思いました。 食事はものすごく美味しかったです。 地元や旬の食材を使った、手の込んだ料理で 本当に満足です。美味しかったです。 接客も丁寧で、食事スタッフのおばぁちゃんが お子さんがいらっしゃるので ゆっくり食べてくださいと言ってくださって 有難かったです。 値段の割にリーズナブルでいい旅館だと思います。 清掃の面はぜひ改善して欲しいです。 本当にありがとうございました。 "
