"We had a great stay and would happily return. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is hard to beat—downtown, along the river, and with plenty of self-parking available. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, consisting mainly of coffee, cereal, and toast. That's not really a drawback given the number of excellent breakfast spots just a few blocks away. The only issue we encountered was that the lock on the sliding glass door didn't seem particularly secure. As a precaution, we chose not to leave valuables in the room. Aside from that minor concern, this was an excellent stay in a fantastic location"

"Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing"

"Dolores greeted us at the desk and was so kind to us. She gave us an upgrade which we enjoyed. Loved the clean comfortable room. The pool and hot tub were a hidden gem. Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Close to Fish Creek Falls. A very lovely experience."
