This was not my first time visiting, and once again, I was truly impressed by the level of service provided by your dedicated team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Aysha for her understanding and flexibility regarding my flight delay. Her willingness to accommodate a late check-out allowed me to relax and unwind after a long journey. Her exceptional customer service skills and attentiveness to my needs made me feel valued as a guest. Chef Mahmoud, your talent for creating culinary masterpieces is truly remarkable. The meals prepared under your guidance were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavors. Your attention to detail and consideration for dietary preferences were greatly appreciated. I must say, the dining experience at your hotel is always a highlight of my stay. I would also like to thank Mr. Sidiq for his warm hospitality and attentive service. Very clean and up to date. The pool is nice for wading on a hot day. There's also a gym that is surprisingly well equipped, along with a sauna and jacuzzi. The room itself (executive suite) was super spacious.

Very nice Hotel and Clean. Friendly staff and good Location. The only problem is the Bathroom seat it is very close to the bathtub so you have to sit sideways..lol

Two things that i really liked and highly appreciate in the hotel that are room cleanliness and good breakfast. It is rarely to find a neat and nice room without some few dust here and there, which is very annoying, even in 5 star hotels, however this hotel rooms were cleaned just perfectly, exactly the way it should be as there was NO dust at all even in very tiny and unreachable spaces; this was extremely surprising as we used to find dust in many 4 and 5 stars hotel rooms in the world.

Isolated Hotel
The hotel is new, isolated away of the city and nothing around it. The AC was frozen as i turned it off day and night. Food is expensive with low quality. Overall th hotel is not comfort.

one night in Yenbo
Hotel had shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Check n was quick and easy. Staff very nice. room was clean and appointed to a western standard. TV had some English channels. Breakfast buffet was OK but could be better for the size occupied. Security around the hotel provided some comfort/ confidence for the stay. Not good value but if I return to Yenbo I will probably stay here again.

Best hotel in Yanbu
This hotel is the best hotel in the area by far, I have stayed in the radisson and the cleanliness here is better, the staff are better and he food is better.

Just A Business Hotel
This is a good hotel for whoever is visiting on business, primarily due to the Rate to Quality ratio versus other hotels in the City. The hotel is renovated, the carpets are clean etc. However, you still get the feeling that this is an old hotel with wear a tear around things such as wooden frames and older style bathroom, etc. The lobby area feels very old and similarly the hotel restaurant. I would give this hotel a 4 star rating based on Yanbu standards (with the Movenpick being the city's 5 star in my opinion).

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Meals are ok but very expensive. The ten pin bowling lanes are also on long term breakdown. Overall a very pleasant trip.

I only stayed for one night but enjoyed a good night in a comfortable room. Less enjoyable is the price of 600 SAR without breakfast (a bit high).The restaurant (Jasmine) is the best in town.

Great historic hotel in beautiful Lahinia.
This is a very nice historic hotel right beside the banyon tree and all of the great shops in Lahinia. The rooms are not large but are comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant is good, especially breakfast, get it to go and eat it on your lani.

청결, 훌륭한 서비스
대체적으로 호텔의 서비스나 청결함은 아주 좋은 편이지만 위치가 너무 좋지 않습니다. 주위엔 아무것도 없으며 차량을 이용할려치면 경비가 너무 삼엄해서 나갔다 들어오는게 너무 힘듭니다.
