This was my second stay at the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to a shopping center and close to the airport.

The hotel is quite near to big shopping center. Foods & pubs are walking distance. The road is quite narrow. A few stray dogs are around. Staff are very polite & ready to help/guide. Definitely, I will stay there again.

The property was close to the airport. However, there were mosquitoes in the bedroom, the bathroom walls were dirty, the aircon controls did not work, the coffee was the worst I've every had.

And we would like to explain to you that if aircon control did not work when you stay, you can inform reception anytime. As we noticed on Expedia Extranet, our service is 24 hours service. If the guest needs something during the stays, we are ready to serve the guest. And then, our coffee is 100% organic coffee. We ordered it from Pyin Oo Lwin. This is good for health. That is why we used this coffee for our customers. The packaging will not beautiful than other instant coffee. But you will have 100% organic taste when you drink. Whatever, we really appreciate your feedback for coffee. So, please come visit again. We are always ready to serve you with our best services.

Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Spacious room and clean. Would come back again next time.

Staff were very helpful for all our needs. Breakfast could be improved by keeping it warm. Very close to airport. Would stay here again. The sign to the hotel needs to be improved.
