The hotel is new with well appointed rooms. It’s a resort type property located on a lake with nice pools an outdoor bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is excellent. It has a large well equipped fitness facility. The lake view from my room was an added plus.
We booked the pan pacific because it was downtown which we thought would be interesting to walk around. Unless you were interested in the huge mall next door it was not a good location. Other than the mall there were no interesting stores or restaurants. A taxi was needed to go most anywhere & it ...
Excellent facilities/spa and service- especially allowing us to have early check in after an overnight bus
Good location, comfortable room (our had a jacuzzi style tub), really good breakfast if you don't expect a lot of American /European selections. Front desk receptionists where ok. Other stuff where helpful. Small but nice exercise room. Excellent massage.
