"My kids love the set up way too much. They cried out loud when we check out... All amenities and facilities are well equipped. Though the hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, which leaves the smell around the apartment quite strong, it becomes a pro while we can actually enjoy the seafood served by the restaurant downstair easily and conveniently in our room. Nothing to complain and we will definitely book this hotel again when we are back to Busan 1 day. The people in the restaurant...

Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence

4/10 Poor

"The location is the best thing about this hotel, but I wouldn't recommend others stay here. My room was not clean. There was a hair left on the bedding and stains on the pillow/sheets. You have to pay additional fee to get the sheets changed or get additional towels. Walls were dirty with leftover tape on them and the cupboards were sticky. Shower had mold! I appreciated having a washing machine in the room and the room was large, but I was not comfortable here. You have to pay additional fees to use any of the hotel ammenities like the pool. "

"This hotel has the best location. One side is the Haeungdae shopping street that has a strip of stores and restaurants. The other side is the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We visited last year and decided to stay here again this year. The subway station is also within minutes walk. "
