Staff spoke almost no English. The air conditioning in my room was broken and it took quite a few tries to explain and find a solution. The Hotel is nice but the rooms are little bit worn, clean but not new.

Marco Polo Italian Resturant was surprisingly good, but the hotel as a whole lacked International Hotel standards.

Great rooms, awful food.
Unfortunately the food at this hotel is terrible. You’d expect better from IHG but of course the YZ CP is not going to be the same culinary experience as the HK CP. Different price structure of course. The restaurant mgr did do his best though to make us welcome.

Size of room is reasonably big; location of hotel is not near to any amenities; food served at the breakfast restaurant was not hot but rather cold.

The hotel is located in the new town, with 15 ~ 20 mins' by tax from the the city center, hence there is not much to see at the neighbour hood area. The room is clean and with good condition. Thehotel gym is also fully facilitated but the spa is poor.

I LIVE AND OPERATE OUT OF FU JIAN PROVINCE SINCE 2005. THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER VISIT TO NAN JING AND YANG ZHOU CITY, (and all of its surrounding farming and factory areas). THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BRIGHT SPOT IN ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER'S EXPERIENCE FOR JUST 5/FIVE DAYS! I HAVE ALREADY TRAVELED TO OVER 24 COUNTRIES, (and counting), THUS HAVE STAYED IN MORE HOTELS THAN I CAN EVEN NAME! THIS HOTEL IS IN MY TOP 10/TEN LIST....ALL THE WAY AROUND! I EVEN MET THE "GM" FACE TO FACE...HOW DELIGHTFUL HE WAS! Nice hotel, Not very pleasant experience
Hotel is good. Comfortable room with breakfast. I am not able to come with my family to visit Yangzhou together due to I do not have any holiday at this moment. Thus I made reservation of two room for my family to stay over two days. The prepaid rate I paid is actually including breakfast, however receptionist insisted to say breakfast is not including and asked my family to pay for that!!! My mum almost pay for extra CNY 800.00 for 2 days breakfast of 4 people if I did not send confirmation to her on time!!! What I would like to say its a nice hotel but certainly is not a very pleasant experience of my parents and my 90 years old grandpa staying there! I do not think I will book this hotel again for my family next time.

环境不错，离各景点也不远，开车都是在10分钟车程内，适合自驾游入住，早餐有点失望，品种不多，其他还都是很满意的

硬件很不错，软件服务太失望了！
酒店的硬件设施很好，是2014年的新酒店，地处扬州郊区；但是软件实在是太disaster了 首先是check in,hotel上定了两天双床房，三点钟到酒店发现订单是大床，好不容易找到了双床，到四点钟还没打扫干净只能先刷了卡寄存了东西回来入住，晚上十点回来CI又花了半小时，说是当时刷卡单找不到了，明明付了钱好嘛！ 然后卫生，浴池周边非常非常脏，是那种长期没有打扫干净的结果，黑黑的污迹；也没有主动提供免费的矿泉水 CO的时候又是无法撤销预授权折腾了二十分钟。 好好的酒店，软件太差了，虽然酒店工作人员态度是很好的，但是我只想get things done,不想等这么久

作為一間五星級酒店，還需要改善
感覺很冷清的酒店，當車子駛入酒店，禮賓部沒有人出門迎接，也沒有人上前幫忙拿取行李，也沒有指示車子應該停泊那裡，作為一間五星酒店，給人第一印象已經較差了。前台人員較熱情，自動將房間升級為景觀房，景觀開揚。房間浴室去水不良，淋浴后水一直去不了！

硬體設施與服務品質均不錯，值得推薦。
因為入住其間戶外溫度較為低，該飯店服務人員態度非常客氣，櫃檯服務人員也非常熱心解說，入住房間感覺與圖片所見均一致，沒有落差之感覺，好似回到家，希望下次還有機會入住這家飯店。

这次是为父母结婚纪念日自驾车旅行预定的酒店,非常感谢酒店员工用心为他们准备的一切.爸妈很感动,酒店地理位置挺好,距离主要景点很近,出门逛街购物游览都很方便,房间很宽敞,设施舒适,干净&安静,早餐丰盛.总之值得推荐&期待有机会再次入住!
