"I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean. The floor was a little disheveled, it was obvious they were working on updates (paint, carpet, etc...). Our room was decent size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot and had decent water pressure. It was mostly quiet. My only real complaint is that we noticed a smell of cigarettes upon entering our room and we occasionally caught a wif of pot. The property says that the rooms are non smoking, so I don't know why it had the smell. We slept well (12 yr old son, dog, and I) and check out was a cinch. We would return if life brought us in that direction. I am sure it will be lovely when the updates are complete. Overall it was a positive experience."

"Check in was seamless. I was booked from Friday to Sunday. The next day for some reason my key as well as my friends key to her room stopped working at noon. When we went downstairs to get the issue fixed there was no one at the desk. We stayed and waited for over 30 minutes and no one came. We ended up leaving. We came back hours later, and waited another 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There is a paper that sits on the desk that says “if no one is at the desk please call this number” the number was literally for the front desk, so what would be the point of calling the front desk and nobody is there. Also when I got in my room after check in the toilet paper had blood on it and I had to make them come get it out of the room. The wallpaper is coming off of the walls and 90% of the plugs did not work in the room and there wasn’t really any hot water for the shower. A maintenance guy said that they were about to renovate the rooms. But I do not think I will be back."
