Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean. "We had two ocean view rooms at the 22th floor which are nice . Sunrise is amazing to watch . Soft bed , great mattresses . The reason I gave two stars is because the manager of the hotel decided to turn off the A/C even tho it’s 25-28 degrees Celsius in the room . We went to the front desk twice . They just won’t turn on the A/C citing it’s not hot outside ……. There’s no need for A/C. We are all sweaty and didn’t even sleep well. They are only willing to bring up two tower fans which barely and...
