"De hade vad man kunde förvänta sig av ett 5-stjärnigt hotell; fina och rena rum, tillmötesgående personal etc. Personalen ger jag ett extra plus till. Trots språk barriären så visades jag till dit jag skulle och väntade på mig tills de försäkrat sig om att det är rätt."

"My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!"

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."
