"Best service at all. The names of each one of the staff members at the Lobby and reception, at the breakfast buffet, rooms, bell rings and bag support are endless. We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. I would like to write all the people that approached us for thousands of details but it’s impossible: Emeric, Pankaj, June, Gloria, Marie, Rizwan, Ana, Dana, Mohamed Salelh, Jitendra, Mandip and many more we jus WANT TO SAY THANKS. "We had a very enjoyable stay at the Double Tree on Yas Island. The kitchen is well-equipped, room was spotless, and the distance to parks was perfect. The WB and Waterworld were walkable and other parks were a short taxi ride. There is a shuttle from the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again. "
