"We loved our 4 night stay here. It’s very casual, laid back and relaxing. Don’t come here if you want a Sheraton or Intercontinental experience, a late night party place or designer decor. There’s a bunch of things that could be updated (like the faucets and sinks) and some areas really could use a new coat of paint. BUT the views from the treetop Bure are amazing, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s cultural entertainment every night. And it was lovely to take a kayak out to the point. The Sawa I lau caves are a bumpy 30 minute boat ride away and there’s a trail you can take to the other side of the island that was totally worth it. To see good reefs you’ll need to pay about $18 US to go on a guided snorkel trip. The included continental breakfast was very good, lunch and dinner was ok and the WiFi was terrible. But I would come back here in a heartbeat. It felt like home."
"This resort is a must if you travel to Fiji. We visited 2 years ago and knew we wanted to return. The staff is our Fiji family. Each individual cottage is so well built and maintained. Manassas and his wife Wati are the original builders and both still stay active at the resort. I encourage travelers to not just stay on the main island, but discover the surrounding islands."
"Coralview resort is very homey feeling resort. A quiet oasis hidden amongst the beautiful Yasawa Islands. If you’re after escaping the big resorts for something more quiet and secluded, with all the activities and the friendliest staff, this is the place for you. The meal plan is great, we never went hungry and the food was good. The cave tour is an absolute must! "
