There are many charging port, which is very convenient. There is a public onsen to soak off the day. Provided the yukata as well. Security seems good, as only guests with access card can take the elevator. A short walk (10min) from shopping area. Parking is a distance away with a partnering carpark at 1200yen for a day (2pm to 12pm next day). There are parking nearby for shorter parking durations. All in all, very nice hotel. Will book rooms from this hotel chain in my next Japan trip.

Hotel is walking distance to transport facilities like Karashimacho Tram Station and Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The shopping arcade which has food and convenience stores are also within walking distance. However, despite the easy access to transport and shopping, the rooms seems to be generally a bit tighter. Hope that they can improve on the acknowledgement portion because they did not respond initially when I use contact property on Expedia. It was only after sending an email to Expedia which I then have the confirmation acknowledgement.

Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel.
