Llegue al hotel a encontrar a la Policia Federal Mexicano en posecion del hotel, sin dar admision a nadie, Policia informo que llevaban mas de una semana clausurando el hotel.

Me pusieron en una habitación de 2 camas cuando yo pedí solo 1, me reasignaron y la habitación olía horrible, al final tuve que aceptar la habitación cambiada, los alimentos malos lo único bueno fue el servicio

Los alrededores permiten que se esté aislado del bullicio usual, solo que las camas son algo incomodas, no me permitieron un buen descanso.

La alberca era un horno, no había suficientes lugares con sombra para descansar, estuvieron haciendo arreglos para un evento en la zona de descanso lo que fue molesto. En fin salvo por eso me parece que es un hermoso lugar con espacios desperdiciados y mala organización en el areas que deberían ser para estar tranquilo.

personal muy poco hospitalario, no hay ganas de servir, aun no me mandan facturas de consumo en el restaurante, donde atienden lentos aunque no haya gente. deberian agregar una cafetera en el cuarto.

No respetan horario de entrada

La entrada se supone que es a las 3 y la habitación me la dieron una hora y media después por qué la estaban limpiando . Eso se me hace una falta de seriedad . Una hora y media para limpiar una habitación que fue dejada por el huésped anterior a las 13:00 horas . Pésimo servicio

En general bien, pero el turismo en mejico se ha encarecido, se esta saliendo de competividad en relacion con USA y Latinoamerica en general. Tomen en Cuenta que el Pais no ofrece Los niveles de Seguridad requeridos internacionalmente.

Excelente todo excepto que la cerradura del baño se trabo y m hija estuvo por mas de 40 minutos sin poder salir hasta que llamamos al Encargado en Turno y el cerrajero ya resolvió el problema, es importante que cada vez que entreguen un cuarto a un nuevo huésped revisen que todo lo del cuarto funciona, no quiero imaginar si un menor se hubiera quedado encerrado y lo que hubiera pasado, mi hija comento que no volvería a ese hotel, lástima
