"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. In general, great hotel...

"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!"

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. "The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."
